Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Marketing Contracts

Unless specified otherwise in your customized service level agreement, all SEO, SMO, PPC, and reputation management monthly contracts are structured on a month-to-month basis. Client may cancel a contract by providing a 30-day written notice. Since work allocation occurs in advance, fees paid for active billing cycles are non-refundable.

2. Web Design & Custom PHP Development

For custom design and PHP coding projects, fees are collected in milestone percentages (e.g. 50% advance, 50% on project approval). If a project is cancelled after design work starts but before final code submission, Ascend Medias will retain the advance milestone fee to cover designer and developer hourly costs. Completed projects are non-refundable after handover.

3. Setup and Integration Fees

Setup costs (e.g. tracking scripts setup, dashboard integration, search analytics linkings) represent immediate one-off hours and are strictly non-refundable.
